- You are responsible on maintaining high quality guest experience by assisting ARBA Traveller on Pre-Trip, During Trip & After Trip
- Answer enquiries from ARBA Travellers via Whatsapp, Email or Phone Call
Skillsets & Requirement:
- Empathy is a must : It is very important for ARBA Travel’s Customer Support to have decent sensibility when offering consultation, troubleshooting, listening to customer’s concern or when resolving any issues
- Good in communication : You are good at choosing the right words on the right time to the right person
